Baseline Ticketing is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you only to process orders. We do not sell any information that identifies you to any third parties. Our clients, which in some cases are the artists, in other cases the people who put on the events for which you buy tickets, also have access to your information since you are their customer as well as ours. We highly discourage them from selling or disclosing your information to any other third party, but ultimately we have no control over how they use the information. If for some reason you find that information you have provided us has been compromised by another company, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to resolve the issue for you with whomever has compromised your information. We are very sensitive to this issue, as we strive to keep your best interest in mind at all times. However, as noted, we cannot control the use of your information by others who have the right to your information by virtue of your purchasing tickets from us for an event at which they perform or that they put on.

Credit Card Numbers
When you place an order with Baseline Ticketing your entire transaction, including your credit card information, is fully secure. That information will never be shared with any third-party, even those who have the right to other information about you. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

Customer Information
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping address, phone number and your credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fill your order, to notify you of your order status, to provide you with the highest quality customer service, and to promptly refund your purchase in the event a show is cancelled.

We use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer our web site. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic data. Your IP address contains no personal information about you.

Baseline Ticketing does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others; however, our site may contain links to other sites that do. Baseline Ticketing is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Security
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which digitally encrypts information you input.

Our database servers are protected from intruders by a Cisco firewall router.

In order to expedite your visit to our site, we store only your basic contact information. We do not store your credit card information.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

"Perfect security" does not exist on the internet.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files a web site can use to facilitate a user's ongoing access to and use of the site.

We do not use cookies to retrieve personal information from your computer. We use cookies to track your shopping cart, allowing you to buy tickets to several events in one transaction.

If your web browser is set-up to not accept cookies, we cannot guarantee the performance of our shopping cart. Thus, we highly recommend that you set your browser to accept cookies when purchasing from our site. If you are having trouble getting our shopping cart to function properly for your order, please check your browser settings to make sure that it is set to accept cookies before contacting us. That is the most common problem, and the fix is totally within your hands. Doing this yourself saves us time and money, which enables us to keep our pricing structure as low as possible.
